Gåsemandens Gård
Visit a small farm. Outside are geese, hens and rabbits…Gåsemandens Gård (the farm of the geese-man) is from the year 1860 and tells the story of a small heath farm in Western Jutland. It is a story from the times when no machinery had yet held their entry on the farms. It is also the story of geese. A historical cattle show is held in August. Here you find activities for the whole family, old breeds of farm animals, old tractors and machines, demonstrations and a market.
The barn contains a exhibition of machines and ”Danish Farming – seen from the air” – aerial photographs from Danish agricultural properties from 1940’s till now.
