Pilgaard Lystfiskersø

Pilgaard angling lake was excavated in 1999 in beauti ful natural surroundings just south of Spjald. For angling there is a 3000 m² lake as well as a 7000 m² lake, where the depth of the water is 4m.

Both lakes are fed by a fi ne-quality spring. Fish are put out daily, mainly rainbow trout
from 0.5 to 8.0 kg. Use of live bait and ground bait is strictly prohibited. There is a jett y that is
ideal for children and disabled anglers, a toilet for disabled visitors and a social room that can
accommodate approx. 50 people.


Tables and benches have been set up round the lake where
you can enjoy your picnic lunch. There is also a barbecue area, an indoor fi sh-cleaning facility,
fridge, vending machine with sweets, beverages and powerbait. A play area and open area
for ball-games. Dogs and cats must be kept on a lead. Ideal for schools/companies/associati ons
and family angling trips, etc.
