The sight makes the mouth water...Blåvand Bolcher is a paradise of sweets. Bolcher is an old Danish word for boiled sweets. At Blåvand Bolcher the drops are made from old recipes, and you can see how in the drop factory. During holiday seasons the children are allowed to make drops under professional guidance from the sweet boiler. In the store you can buy all sorts of sweets or enjoy ice cream or coffee in the café. The production is every day at 10 am till 15 pm.
