Torsted Kirke
Church with romanesque nave and chanel...The church is small with a Romanesque nave and chancel built from ashlar-granite. The baptismal font is also Romanesque but is of West Jutland style. The chancel arch has only ornamentation. There is a fine view over the river valley towards Thorsted plantation from the north side of the grave yard, and northeast of the church there is a marked path. East of the church from the asphalt road there is a forest walk through Bjerghuse to the protected area Oester Sande (an un planted inland dune area). NB. The church is open from sunrise till sunset.
